This is a decently-rounded, high-damaging enemy with fairly long range, almost like an enemy counter to the player's Valkyrie Cat. It is pretty hard for new players to beat him, but later he becomes a pushover unless extremely magnified. His coloredvariations are usually much more powerful than him.
Strategy
It is easily pushed back, due to its high knockback count. It can be effectively defeated by strong, tanky units like Titan Cat, or for those who are facing much stronger Bears in later Stories of Legend, stacks of (Crazed) Dragon Cat, Bahamut Cat, Ururun Wolf, and any Uber Rares that outrange it. If it is shielded by other enemies in front of it, Shockwaves may also be effective. Take caution with this though because it is very powerful with its first few appearances in Empire of Cats.

Teacher Bear's Black variant. It is the fastest unit in the game with extreme DPS and range. It is only found in Stories of Legend, limited-time stages and the Challenge Battle. Usually meant for 100% defeat.
This enemy and The Face were the first enemies that had variants. Assassin Bear and Shy Boy have been in the game since Battle Cats, the original English version of The Battle Cats.
This enemy also seems to be referencing Pedobear. Proof of this is the sentence "He LOVES children." and "not related to a certain other bear".
