Queen B rapidly fires moderately strong Area Attacks from extreme range that slow cats for 7.4 seconds on hit, and much like Cruel Angel Clionel, her massive blind spot is often heavily covered by support, making most of her fights easier said than done.
Strategy[]
It is almost mandatory to acquire all anti-unstarred Alien Treasures from Into the Future, or else you'll be facing off against a 10 million HP monstrosity with an insane 85,554 damage. Her fast attack rate only makes this worse, and anything that does survive is slowed indefinitely, so make sure to get those Treasures! Fast cats such as Awakened Bahamut Cat, Maglev Cat, Crazed Cow Cat and Butterfly Cat can easily get into her blind spot and capitalize from there. Unit Speed UP Cat Combos help as well.
For cats that are not as fast as Crazed Cow, precise timing is required to get them past Queen B's attack hitbox; the specific bar is for units with over 12 speed, and if you cannot do that, luring on the base is another option. Cats with slow immunity like Catellite are also useful, since as long as they're slow immune and can't be moved easily by her damage, Queen B alone won't be able to stop them. Based on calculations, any unit with at least 9 speed can enter her blind spot just in time. If you decide to sacrifice some of your Cat Base health and lure, you can time your units into Queen B's blind spot that usually wouldn't be able to enter it.
An exiled princess, now royalty of the mean streets of the big city. Her sad upbringing makes for a nasty temperament... don't get too close or you'll be the victim of her tragic sting.
Queen who rules over an entertainment district at night. Has a sorrowful past, abandoned by a mother bee who was a hostess. Values keeping a sense of distance from her patrons; those who approach carelessly will be slowed down by poison stingers.
Queen B's Relic/Floating variant. Deals more damage and, instead of slowing cats, she curses them for almost 2 minutes, but attacks more slowly and has more knockbacks.

Amongst the first seven Advent Bosses, Queen B represents the sin of lust. Real queen bees are the sole reproductive females in their hives, and Queen B's debut stage is named Honey Trap, a stratagem which involves using an attractive person to lure the victim into a false relationship for other underlying purposes.
Mitsuko is a feminine Japanese name that can be spelled in a number of different ways; most commonly 光子, meaning "shining child". In this case, it's spelled as 蜜子, which means "honey/nectar child".
Her Japanese name may also be a reference to the late actress Mitsuko Mori (森 光子). Aside from the punny spelling of Mitsuko mentioned above, the only difference is that Queen B is that Mori no Mitsuko (森の蜜子, "Mitsuko of the Forest") while the actress is just Mori Mitsuko (family names come first in Japanese).
Since her Japanese description mentions the entertainment industry, she might be a reference to the singer Beyoncé, whose nickname is Queen B.
Most of her stats are multiples of 111.
In particular, her minimum effective range of 888 may play off of how the Japanese word for 8, 八 hachi, sounds exactly like 蜂, meaning honeybee.
Although her description says, "don't get too close or you'll be the victim of her tragic sting", she cannot hit units up close.
