PowerUp : Rich Cat and Sniper Cat
This strategy is less-relying on gachas but need almost perfect timing when deploying A. Bahamut, First, wait until the second Squire Rel come close to the base, then deploy a macho legs and wait until it get knocked back to base, after the manic macho close to the base, spam all ranged unit and A. Bahamut, Sniper Cat and Cat Cannon deployment also play a big role at the timing, if your timing is good enough, you'll hit the enemy castle without A. Bahamut dying
If you don't have anti-shockwave ubers, stack Dragons, Crazed Dragons, and Paris. Bring Combos to increase your recharge and accounting. Use Awakened Bahamut. The Manic Macho Legs shouldn't get a ton of hits in.
Note: This strategy relies on Cats obtained by the Gacha (Cats you get by Rare Capsules) and hyper-maxed Crazed Cats.
Use an Attack UP (M) combo. Fill in the other slots with Crazed Dragon, Dragon, Paris or Beefcake (Preferably Paris), Macho Legs, Crazed Gross (which can be replaced with Beefcake), and Awakened Bahamut.
Power-Ups: Use Rich Cat and Sniper the Cat.
Never use the Cats in your Attack Up (M) CatCombo for this level. When Manic Macho Legs is near the base, spawn all your cats other than Awakened Bahamut. Let Manic Macho Legs knock them back and spawn Awakened Bahamut and spawn every cat* for the rest of the game. If Manic Macho Legs gets close to Awakened Bahamut, fire your Cat Cannon, though this situation should really only happen once. If Awakened Bahamut dies and your other cats die, lure the Manic Macho Legs to the base and start over this strategy and you should have more money than you started with.
*except the CatCombo Cats
Note: This strategy relies on some Uber Rare Cats, but does not require precise timing like the other strategies.
(*) : Cat Unit required for the "Cap'n Ahab" CatCombo (Cat Base Defense UP (Sm))
(+) : Cat Unit required for the "Moby Dick" Cat Combo (Unit Defense UP (Sm))
(^): Cat Unit required for the "Sportswoman" CatCombo (Unit Defense UP (Sm))
Rich Cat (required)
This is basically a brute force strategy where your units just have to tank it out with the Manic Macho Legs Cats while slowly making their way to the Enemy Base. The top row is mostly for Unit Defense UP Combos which should hopefully help your cats last longer throughout the battle.
The basic idea of this strategy is to have your tanky units (Titans and Whales/Islands) act as meat shields that can also deal damage to the Manic Macho Legs Cats while Inferno Akira and Anubis (who are both immune to shockwaves) deal the heavy blows.
Focus on spamming mostly Inferno Akira, Anubis, both Titans, and both Whales/Islands, and only send out Gamereon and Wrestling Cat when you have EXCESS money from all the defeated units. Do not send out Butterfly and Fisherman Cat as they will be killed right away and will just be a waste of money.
This strategy takes a bit longer to execute, but is at least a guarranteed win if you have high enough leveled units.
Here's a video of the strategy in action: LINK .
Recommended: Most Cats to be at or near Max level (With Catseyes), except the Cool Japan cats.
Start the stage with an upgrade to your Cat Wallet, then Manic Island. Let him sit as you get another upgrade to your Cat Wallet. This strategy is practically a test of endurance. Use Manic Jamieras and regular Jamieras to deal damage towards Manic Macho Legs, while saving for Shishilan. Once one is out, you need to protect it with Metal Cats and Jamieras. Always send out units whenever you can (Except the Cool Japan units) The aim is to stack up to 2 of them, while also trying to push forward. With recharge times, you should usually have enough money for whatever is needed. Use A. Bahamut to get some good damage on some Macho Legs. Eventually, through slow pushing, you can reach the base and let your units completely wreck it.
Strategy 6 by Turtellio
Row 1 (for convenience): The three tanks (Li'l, Crazed & Normal), Octopus Cat, Paris Cat (at least level 40)
Row 2: Thaumaturge cat, Awakened Bahamut(Lvl 30), Ururun Cat(Lvl 25), Nek-0 Sky Fortress(Lvl 25)
If OCD is hitting you with that last spot being empty, then fill it with a powerful cat that has a range longer than 130. (e.g.: Holy Valkyrie Cat, Prisoner Cat, or Crazed Sexy Legs Cat)
Rich Cat & Sniper the Cat
When the battle starts, wait until a Squire Rel hits your base ~5 times. Proceed to spam the tanks and octopus and put out a couple of Paris cats, a thaumaturge, and either Ururun or the sky fortress. Keep spamming the tanks and octopus. When your frontline hits the first Manic Macho Legs, you should have enough to put out A. Bahamut and you should put him out unless you are trying to lose. At this point, keep spamming the tanks and octopus and send out some paris cats. If you sent out the Nek-0 SF and have enough to send Ururun, then you should. Same Vice Versa. Once you have both Ururun and Nek-0 SF out, then just focus on spamming the 3 tanks and octopus and send out some more Paris and you should beat the level. Hopefully you are now enjoying your Buff-Legged-Sideburned-Shockwaving Cat.
Strategy 7 (Non-Awakened Bahamut)
Lineup: Cool Japan (Ninja, Sumo, Samurai, Sushi), Metal, Octopus. Fill up the rest with attackers/ubers. My choices were Macho Legs, King Dragon, Crazed Dragon and Diabolical Gao but the choices here are open.
Once the level starts, save up money until the first Manic Macho Legs gets close to your base. Spam Metal, Octopus, your attackers and uber of choice. Metal cat should stop the first Macho Legs' attack while Octopus will stop the wave. Do not stop spawning units (except for Cool Japan ones). With strong enough units or time, you will slowly kill the Macho Legs until you reach the base. Now enjoy the XP sink you're gonna have to make to get Manic Macho Legs
No Uber/Items strategy (Requires Octopus Cat)
First row: Any Unit HP UP (M) combo, both Eye of the storm and Team of two (this one is preferible because also includes a start up combo - bouncing four) works
Second row: Crazed tank, Octopus cat, Ururun Cat, A.bahamut and any ranged attacker, paris works great, but also can use dragon cat (with the problem it wont be too spammable)
At the beggining wait for the 1st macho legs to get near to your base, wait to get enough money to spawn both octopus and A.bahamut, when macho is close enough start spamming crazed tank and octo and release A. bahamut, you just need to spawn tanks and octos, so money wont be much of and issue and rich cat wont be neccesary (yet can be useful if you are not confident enough)
Here comes the magic, macho will always hit the tanks, so octo will deny the shockwaves without takings all the hits itself, allowing your bahamut to damage them without problem. When you have enough money spawn ururun, her main job its to help clear the peons so bahamut wont miss, while dealing some damage to the boss.
When you kill a macho while bahamut recharges the tanks and octos will already get to the next macho, this will allow you to beat the stage without getting a single knockback in your bahamut.
PD: i used unit HP, combo due to my crazed walls being lvl20, and not having a hypermaxed octopus, but if you think your units have enough level, recharge up or damage up combos should do the job.
Since A. Bahamut cannot cheese this stage like Crazed Gross due to their high health, bring any shocwave blocker cat and meatshield nonstop. Since, oddly, the Manic Macho Legs are single target (their waves make it look like AoE), a Shockwave Stopper ability will protect the meatshields so the enemies will waste their attacks without hitting the shockwave blockers, so even 1 lvl 30 Octopus is enough for the level (hits may slip trough somehow, so don't summon just one, for safety) .
