As this is the 2nd stage of Into the Future, spamming Giraffe Cats or Crazed Cow Cat/Crazed Giraffe Cat is more than enough to go for a high score.

Zombie Outbreak[]

As one of the earliest Zombie Outbreaks in Into the Future, this will not prove to be too difficult in Chapters 1 & 2. Li'l Zyclone debuts here in Chapter 3.

Chapters 1 & 2[]

Not too hard of a stage. Make sure the Zombies burrow early so they don't get right up to your base. Get your Macho Leg Cats and Dragon Cats ready for the main threats and try to keep units flowing so that you don't get caught off guard by more burrowing Zombies.

All in all, not a terribly tough stage, but any Zombie Killers and anti-Alien units will be super helpful.

Chapter 3[]

Bring as many anti-Zombie units as possible and as many as 5 meatshields. Most enemies in this stage do massive amounts of damage, so having more cheap meatshields (Macho, Crazed Macho, Samba) will be better than fewer more powerful meatshields (i.e. Artist, Commando, etc.) due to money efficiency. Li'l Zyclone does very little damage per hit by comparison, but his job is just to soak up meatshields and block for his longer-ranged allies.

Weedwacker Cat is a god-send on this stage because of the near perma-freeze you will achieve on Li'l Zyclone and Zomboe when you have a couple of them stacked up. In fact, Li'l Zyclone is probably the easiest part of the stage in the grand scheme of things. If you survive the initial wave AND survive the boss shockwave with units ready to spawn then it shouldn't be too tough. You can't really do the Awakened Bahamut rush strategy on this stage due to the Cyberhorn and the massive amount of Shibaliens that spawn with him. With Treasures and many Zombie Killer units, you should have little trouble after the initial lineup. Once the Li'l Zyclone is down for good, finish off the Cyberhorn and Shibaliens for the victory.
