Trivia[]
- Some of the titles in this sub-chapter are Japanese-inspired:
- Kombu Cape: Kombu is a type of edible kelp popular in East Asia, especially Japan.
- Rinrin Shelterbelt: Rinrin (凛凛 or りんりん) is a Japanese word with a few meanings, including bitter cold, severe, intense, awe-inspiring, or the sound of a bell ringing. However, rin is also one way to read 林, meaning forest, and a shelterbelt is a line of trees and shrubs planted to shield an area from wind and lessen erosion; in Japanese, the word for shelterbelt is bōfurin (防風林), literally meaning "windbreak forest", so "Rinrin Bōfurin" essentially sounds like "Forest Forest Windbreak Forest".
- Golden Gai: In real life, Shinjuku Golden Gai is a famous district in Tokyo's Shinjuku ward containing around 300 miniature bars crammed into just six alleys.
