Galactic Overseer Nyandam is an enemy that appears in Into the Future: Chapter 2.
Enemy
Just like his counterparts, he sports long range, health, and damage at some extent. Unlike his counterparts, he has a new trick up his sleeve: he's able to slow down your cats at a moderate chance. Thanks to this ability, the battle against him can be substantially longer compared to fighting his other variants. He also has "THAT" growing on his head.
